Booking & Service Policy
At Anna Kordash Makeup Studio, every appointment is carefully scheduled and customized for each client. Please review the following policies prior to booking to ensure a seamless experience.
Booking & Payments
A non-refundable retainer of $350 is required to reserve the event date, no services are guaranteed until the retainer and signed contract is received. The remaining balance, including the 20% gratuity is due no longer then 7 days before the event. Any balance unpaid by the due date may result in cancelation of service and forfeiture of retainer.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on or before the service date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Artist Illness, Substitution and Refund Polcy
In the event that an assigned artist becomes ill, or is otherwise unable to perform services, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a a replacement artist of comparable skill and experience. Substitutions are not guaranteed or subject to availability. If no replacement artist is available and services must be cancelled, due to circumstances, beyond our control, we shall not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages. Any refunds issued in such circumstances are at the sole discretion of the company.
Why We Require a Deposit Before Scheduling Trials
Due to the high volume of bookings we receive, wedding dates often book extremely quickly—sometimes up to two years in advance. For this reason, we are unable to hold or reserve a wedding date without a signed contract and a $350 non-refundable deposit.
While we understand the desire to schedule a trial first, trials do not secure your wedding date. In the past, we have made exceptions in an effort to accommodate brides; however, this has almost always resulted in the wedding date being booked by another client before a deposit was placed. Unfortunately, this has led to brides losing their desired date nearly every time.
To avoid disappointment and ensure your wedding date is fully secured, we strongly recommend booking your wedding services with a deposit before scheduling a trial.
Destination Wedding & Policies
Service Minimum – A minimum of 6 services is required for all weddings.
Travel Costs – The bride is responsible for covering the following expenses:
Roundtrip Flights – for me and any additional artist(s), if my team is brought along. European travel requires a business class ticket.
Hotel Accommodations – for the day before, the service days, and the day after the event.
Luggage Fees – since I’ll be traveling with both personal luggage and professional kits/equipment.
Ground Transportation – car service or Uber to and from the hotel/venue.
3 Meals Required – meal required per team member.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the service date may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service date are subject to full service charges.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked services.
Bridal & Event Bookings
Bridal and event services require a signed agreement and deposit.
Reductions in the number of services after this time will not reduce the total price.
Bridal trials are not included unless specifically stated in the package.
Travel & Location Fees
Travel fees are additional and vary based on location, distance, time, and service requirements.
Travel fees will be quoted upon booking and are subject to change if the location or timing changes.
Early morning start times may incur an additional fee.
Parking, tolls, and accommodations (if required) are the client’s responsibility.
Taxes & Fees
Sales tax and applicable local taxes will be added based on the service type and location.
Taxes may vary depending on whether services are provided in-studio or on-location.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their service shortened or canceled to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
Full service fees will still apply in the event of late arrivals.
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service.
Anna Kordash Makeup and Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise safety or results.
All tools and products are sanitized between clients to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Satisfaction & Adjustments
Adjustments are welcomed during the appointment to ensure satisfaction.
Refunds are not provided once services have been completed.
Force Majeure
Anna Kordash Makeup and Hair Studio is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, emergencies, or government restrictions. In such cases, rescheduling will be prioritized.
Agreement
By booking with Anna Kordash Makeup and Hair Studio, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above.
