Booking & Service Policy
At Anna Kordash Makeup Studio, every appointment is carefully scheduled and customized for each client. Please review the following policies prior to booking to ensure a seamless experience.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on or before the service date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the service date may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service date are subject to full service charges.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked services.
Bridal & Event Bookings
Bridal and event services require a signed agreement and deposit.
The total number of services must be finalized no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
Reductions in the number of services after this time will not reduce the total price.
Bridal trials are not included unless specifically stated in the package.
Travel & Location Fees
Travel fees are additional and vary based on location, distance, time, and service requirements.
Travel fees will be quoted upon booking and are subject to change if the location or timing changes.
Early morning start times may incur an additional fee.
Parking, tolls, and accommodations (if required) are the client’s responsibility.
Taxes & Fees
Sales tax and applicable local taxes will be added based on the service type and location.
Taxes may vary depending on whether services are provided in-studio or on-location.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or canceled to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
Full service fees will still apply in the event of late arrivals.
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service.
Anna Kordash Makeup Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise safety or results.
All tools and products are sanitized between clients to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Satisfaction & Adjustments
Adjustments are welcomed during the appointment to ensure satisfaction.
Refunds are not provided once services have been completed.
Force Majeure
Anna Kordash Makeup Studio is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, emergencies, or government restrictions. In such cases, rescheduling will be prioritized.
Agreement
By booking with Anna Kordash Makeup Studio, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above.
